Data Protection Obligations under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)

Samantha And Network company is responsible for personal data that you have provided to us during bookings. We are required to comply with the obligations when undertaking activities relating to the collection, use or disclosure of personal data. 

We will like to notify our customers of the purposes for collecting, using and disclosing any personal data provided to the sole purpose of providing pickup point, destination, name and mobile contact to the partner drivers who are attending to you. 

We use Personal Data to help us understand your issues and responding to your feedback after investigations if any. So to improve our services as we take each feedback seriously and earnestly.

With your consent to obtain your personal information, you can withdraw consent with reasonable notice by writing to us at samandnetwork@gmail.com

We limit the purpose to having your personal information for transport service and no other means of communications and not beyond that requirements.

Samantha And Network company do not retain information after 12 months from the time of completion in service. We make reasonable security arrangements to protect the personal data in your possession to prevent unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure or similar risks.

If there is a data breach and likely results in significant harm to individuals, and/or are of significant scale, notify the PDPC, Personal Protection Commission in Singapore and effected individuals as soon as practicable.
